My Story
After earning a degree in Psychology, my curiosity led me to explore spirituality and holistic practices, seeking a more embodied and integrative approach to healing. Over the years, I have trained extensively in disciplines such as Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Siddha Kundalini Energy Healing, Traditional Tantra & Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
It is however, my deep appreciation for reflexology’s transformative power that has been a cornerstone of my practice, inspiring me to continually expand my understanding of holistic health. I am currently training as a Somatic Educator with the Somatic Institute for Women, aligning with my passion to help women cultivate sovereignty, confidence, and freedom in their relationships with themselves and their bodies.
I firmly believe that the body is a profound source of wisdom and a gateway to well-being and happiness. Human touch, as a universal tool for healing and reconnection, plays a central role in my practice. It is my joy and honour to lend my hands and heart to support others in their healing process.
